Saidu Sesay is a community leader, fitness instructor, martial arts coach, photographer, and youth advocate based in Toronto, Canada. He is the founder of SEADY (Sport & Entertainment for Awareness, Development & You), a community engagement initiative dedicated to empowering people of all ages through sport, arts, fitness, mentorship, and positive entertainment.

Driven by a passion for community development and healthy living, Saidu created SEADY to provide safe, inclusive, and inspiring spaces where kids, youth, adults, and seniors can grow physically, mentally, and socially. His vision is to use sport and entertainment as tools to build confidence, discipline, leadership, creativity, and stronger community connections.

With experience in fitness training, martial arts instruction, photography, and youth mentorship, Saidu has worked to encourage positive lifestyles and create opportunities for individuals to stay active, engaged, and focused on personal growth. Through SEADY programs, he promotes awareness, wellness, life skills, and drug-free living while helping communities come together through meaningful activities and events.

Saidu believes that every person deserves access to opportunities that inspire purpose, belonging, and success. His mission is to continue building programs that create lasting impact, empower future leaders, and strengthen communities across Toronto and beyond.

SEADY’s mission is to strengthen communities by using sport and entertainment as tools for awareness, development, and positive change. We engage people of all ages—from kids to seniors—by providing inclusive, safe, and empowering programs that promote healthy lifestyles, life skills, and community connection, while supporting a drug-free and socially responsible society.

Our programs

We offer a variety of programs designed to engage youth in sports, arts, and supervised entertainment. Our programs are tailored to build life skills, promote positive social interactions, and provide safe, drug-free environments.

SENIORS WELLNESS & FITNESS

SEADY Seniors Programs are designed to promote healthy aging, independence, and social connection through safe, engaging, and age-appropriate sport, fitness, and wellness activities. Open to seniors of all ability levels, these programs create inclusive environments that support physical health, mental well-being, and community belonging.

SEADY ADULT

Programs are designed to support healthy, active, and balanced lifestyles through sport, fitness, wellness, and entertainment-based activities. Open to adults of all backgrounds and fitness levels, these programs provide safe, inclusive spaces that encourage physical activity, mental well-being, and positive social connection.

SEADYYOUTH

Welcome to Sport & Entertainment Against Drugs For Youth, a Toronto-based community initiative dedicated to providing youth ages 8–24 with safe, positive alternatives to substance use. We use sports, arts, and supervised entertainment to build life skills and foster a drug-free future. Join us in making a difference!

KIDS & YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS

SEADY’s Kids & Youth Martial Arts Program provides a safe, fun, and structured environment where children and teens can learn martial arts while building confidence, discipline, and respect. Designed for ages 6–17, the program focuses on skill development, physical fitness, and personal growth through age-appropriate training.

Participants will learn fundamental martial arts techniques, self-defense, coordination, and focus, while also developing important life skills such as teamwork, goal-setting, and self-control. The program emphasizes positive values, safety, and encouragement, helping kids and youth build stronger bodies, healthier minds, and greater self-esteem.

Through martial arts training, SEADY supports young people in making positive choices, staying active, and growing into confident, responsible members of the community.
